How salt delivery works

  • This part’s easy, just click the subscribe link, give us a call, or shoot us a text. 801-477-0670

  • We install a sensor in your tank. We’ll hook it to your wifi and be able to track the level of your salt right from our home base. When you drop below 35%, you’ll get a text inviting you to schedule delivery.

  • We handle allllll the heavy lifting. We’ll bring salt pellets directly to your house, carry them to your tank, empty the bags, and leave with the trash. You sip your lemonade and bask in the glory of soft water.

FAQs

What kind of salt do you buy?

We use only the highest quality pellets sourced locally. If you’ve ever seen the bright yellow bags with UTAH SALT PELLETS on them, those are the ones we buy. We find they tend to dissolve cleaner than the stuff you buy at Costco.

What areas do you service?

We service anywhere from North Salt Lake to Brigham City. We’re expanding and hiring constantly, so if you’re interested in service outside that area, just give us a call!

How much salt should I be using?

We find most houses use about 1-2 bags a month. If you have kids or teenagers that take lots of baths, we have seen that bump up to 3+. Any more than 4 bags a month though, and there is probably something off with your softener. We can help you diagnose and fix it.

How do you know when it’s low?

We use a Stay Salty EZ Salt sensor that hooks up to your wifi and uses a laser distance measure to tell us when you’re below 35% salt level. You get an automated text to schedule delivery and we take care of the rest.

Do you deliver it all the way to my tank?

You bet. If you’re home when we come, we’ll 100% handle the heavy lifting down to your basement or garage.

Do you make me sign a 🤢 contract? 🤮

Nah, we hate those too. We don’t make anybody sign a contract. Even still, once they’ve tasted the glory of not getting their own salt, people tend not to leave.
